This is a quiet, classical piece that I created in response to a request from a website called &#8220;The notebook of your heart&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the piece that gives a glimpse of my being greatly influenced by Mr. Joe Hisaishi. I remember how difficult it was for me at the time, when I was into loud gimmicks and exciting noises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mixture of non-diatonic notes in the minor scale of Western music with a slight hint of Japanese negative melody characterizes the atmosphere of this piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its release, it has been one of the most popular pieces because of its ease of use in background music applications.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Phrases associated with this music<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Japanese style warm and calm song, harp, strings, tranquil, soothing, quiet, winter, end, ancient wind, souls attracted to each other, peace of mind, false Madonna, deep lake at night.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Composed April 7, 1998.
