This is a song with a few seconds of refreshing arpeggio that could be played at just after the end of a commercial on the morning news.
Back in 1997, when I started this site, it was popular for music websites to automatically play music from the moment it was visited.
Followed the trend, from March to November 1997, this site played short jingles with different themes every hour of the day to encourage visitors to come back to the site at different times. I suspect it was done to showcase the variety of songs that can be offered.
