Return policy

  • For digital or downloadable products, we do not accept returns.
  • For products that require shipping, we generally do not accept returns for reasons related to the customer’s convenience after the product has been shipped, except in cases where the product itself is defective.
  • Regarding Music Production Requests and Other Services: Once you have agreed to our quote and we have begun work, cancellations are not permitted. In the event of a unilateral cancellation due to the client’s circumstances, we will invoice you for any necessary expenses incurred up to that point. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for production fees that have already been paid in the event of a cancellation due to the client’s circumstances.

About Defective Products

  • For data deliveries, once we have reached an agreement that the data meets the acceptance criteria specified at the time of order, we will not accept any claims regarding defects.
  • In the unlikely event that a product shipped by mail is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. If you return the item with shipping costs paid by the sender, we will exchange it for a non-defective item.

This page describes information transmitted from users’ devices to external service providers through this website pursuant to Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan.

Effective: October 5, 2026

This site transmits information from users’ devices to the following destinations in order to deliver pages and audio content, measure usage, display videos, handle inquiries, and prevent fraudulent submissions.

Google Analytics 4・Google Tag Manager・YouTube・Google Fonts（Google LLC）

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track usage and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy tags for tracking and diagnosing page transitions. We also embed YouTube videos and load fonts using Google Fonts.

  • Information related to communication: The source IP address and the requested URL. Browser information and the referring site are also included in the transmitted data, but the actual scope of data transmitted for each service depends on the information disclosed by Google LLC.
  • GA4 tracking data: URLs and titles of viewed pages, search terms used in site search, scroll depth, destinations of clicked external links, files downloaded, and videos and their playback status. We also use browser identification information obtained via cookies. We have not configured GA4 to remove information from URLs. We do not send contact form input values to GA4.
  • GTM Page Transition Tracking Data: The GTM container identifier. This sends diagnostic information to GA4 regarding page views after a page transition and when the page switches to a normal page load (page title, URL, HTTP referrer, name and type of the element that caused the transition, technical classification code for the cause, and the time the cause occurred).
  • Information on YouTube and Google Fonts: Identification information for embedded videos and information on requested fonts. YouTube may handle identification information obtained through cookies, as well as information regarding video viewing and interactions; the specific scope of this data collection in relation to embedded content on this site has not been confirmed.
  • Purpose of Use of This Site: GA4 is used to track browsing and usage patterns and analyze page navigation; GTM is used to deliver and manage tracking tags; YouTube is used to display and play videos related to music; and Google Fonts is used to display fonts.
  • Purpose of Use by Google: GA4 is used to provide web analytics and reports; GTM is used for tag delivery and to diagnose stability and performance; YouTube is used to provide, improve, and maintain the safety of its video service; and Google Fonts is used to deliver fonts. The scope of advertising and personalization on YouTube, as well as any use other than the delivery of Google Fonts, is subject to Google LLC’s policies. (Google Privacy & Terms, GTM data usage)
  • Advertising Settings: GA4 advertising integration has been set up, but the site operator does not place any ads currently. We do not use Google Signals or User-ID. The scope of data usage resulting from advertising integration complies with Google LLC’s policies.
  • How to Configure and Disable: To disable GA4, either disable “Analytics” in this site’s settings or install Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on a compatible browser.YouTube embeds are not linked to this site’s consent settings. We have not confirmed that this method of disabling GA4 stops the loading of GTM itself or the data communications for YouTube and Google Fonts.
  • Retention Period: The retention setting for user-event-level data in GA4 is 2 months. This setting does not apply to standard summary reports. According to Google’s documentation, GTM’s standard HTTP request logs are deleted within 14 days of receipt. The specific retention periods for YouTube and Google Fonts are unknown.(GA4 notice for data retention)
  • Destination Countries and Regions: The specific countries and regions to which data is transferred from this site has not been confirmed.

Cloudflare Turnstile（Cloudflare, Inc.）

This feature is used on the contact page to distinguish between human interactions and automated programs, and to prevent fraudulent submissions. Cookies are used on the live site.

  • Information sent: IP address, characteristics of encrypted communications, browser information, this site’s authentication identifier, and information about the referring site. (Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy)
  • Purpose of use on this site: To detect and prevent automated programs and fraudulent submissions in response to inquiries.
  • Purpose of use of Cloudflare: To detect and block automated programs on this site, and to improve Cloudflare’s own detection capabilities.
  • How to disable this feature and its impact: To prevent this data transmission, please do not submit inquiries using the email form. As an alternative, please contact us through our social media accounts or other channels.

Content Delivery and Website Features (Sakura Internet, Inc. / Sent to this website itself)

We use Sakura’s Web Accelerator (CDN) to deliver audio files, waveforms, distribution files, and images, and we use a Sakura Internet VPS running WordPress to track song playback counts, manage consent settings, and handle inquiries.

  • Information related to content delivery: The IP address of the connecting device, and the URLs of the requested files or pages. CDN delivery requests may also include browser information, the referring site, and the scope of audio source data retrieved.
  • Information Sent to Site Functions: For music usage statistics, we record the type of operation, song identification information, and verification values; for consent management, we send cookies containing the selected category, update date and time, expiration date, and setting version; and for inquiries, we send the content entered and submitted by the user, the form identifier, and the results of verification for fraudulent submissions.
  • Purpose of use on this site: Real-time monitoring of the display, preview, and download of files, as well as the proper functioning of these features; aggregation and display of usage counts by song; storage of consent settings and control of their processing; and handling and responding to inquiries while preventing fraudulent submissions.
  • Purpose of use by recipients: Koji Kusanagi uses the data for the site functions described above. Sakura Internet uses the data for content delivery, caching, and equipment operation. The specific scope of Sakura Internet’s log storage and additional uses has not been confirmed. (Sakura Web Accelarator Service Specifications、Privacy Policy of Sakura Internet Inc.)
  • Aggregation and Retention Period: We do not store individual listening histories; instead, we increment the play and download counts for each song by one. Cumulative totals are retained until the site is shut down, and logs related to this aggregation are retained for 30 days. The specific retention periods for CDN logs, consent cookies, and inquiry details have not been disclosed.
  • CDN Log Usage: The site operator does not view the CDN access logs. (The site operator does not have a contract with the Access Log Provisioning Feature )
  • Destination Country/Region: The CDN is located in Japan (Tokyo and Osaka), and data on playback and download counts is sent to Japan (Tokyo).
  • Relationship to Consent Settings: Since the tracking of song playback and download counts is used for the business protection function monitoring described above, there is no mechanism to stop data transmission if “Statistics (Analytics)” is disabled.

Midjourney Licensing and Legal Information

Some of the images and videos used on this site, such as illustrations of songs and background images of videos, are files generated under a paid license of Midjourney, an artificial intelligence program that generates images, and modifyed by Koji Kusanagi according to the intended use.

According the URL https://midjourney.gitbook.io/docs/terms-of-service#your-rights,

It is said that the images generated by Midjourney by a paid license holder shall be the property of the licensee (i.e., Koji KUSANAGI). However, the artificial intelligence in question has a huge amount of image data from which it was trained, and the sheer volume of the data makes it difficult to ascertain all of the training source.
Therefore, I cannot guarantee that copyrighted images are not included in the learning process.

If some of the copyrighted images are found to have been mixed in by Midjourney, I will promptly confirm the fact of infringement and implement necessary improvements as soon as I receive your report.
