Composed in September 1998. A progressive speed metal song written for Priest’s Crime, a melodic death metal band I was in for a short period.
The band broke up shortly after and played the song live only twice, as I recall. But I heard that it was covered by a neiborhood melodic death metal band, MP, and became their own song and was played for a while.
There was another arrangement of this song that was ambient, piano-centric, and unsettling, but the recording was lost due to equipment damage.
