Composed in September-October 2000, in response to a request to add music to the lyrics of the same name written by the client, who was a junior high school student at the time.
The request was for the song to be in the visual-kei style, but the lyrics were direct and straightforward, not pessimistic. I wondered what kind of music would go with it.
After much deliberation, I decided to give it a heavy rock interpretation with a bit of a twist, and tried to make it sound like a kind of mid-1990s arrangement.
