I created the motif on an airplane weaving through the clouds during a trip to Okinawa in January 1996. At that time, I was in a boom of making studies of genres I had no experience with, and this was my first study of a dance-music-like four beat.
I felt it was reasonably well done, so I made shorter arrangement which is enough small file size to play via the Internet.
Just at that time, this site also had an access counter “commemorative visitor” event, and in May 1997, I dedicated this song to “Kiko” in commemoration of taking the 500th visitor to the site’s visit counter. Later, I made this available to the public.
