This piano work explores the themes of personal growth, encounters, and partings.
While it carries a gentle sense of wistfulness, it is ultimately intended to celebrate new beginnings and to quietly encourage those who are setting out on a new path.
Background of the Composition
This piece was written between February and March 2025 for a preschool graduation ceremony.
Given its purpose, it was important that the music not draw undue attention to itself. Above all, it was composed to blend naturally into the atmosphere of the ceremony and to foster a sense of quiet reflection.
I aimed to create a melody that feels gently familiar, as if heard somewhere before, supported by a soft, flowing, and serene harmonic texture.
Although I often use dissonance to express the emotional pain within the human heart, this work contains no striking or provocative harmonies.
Sheet Music
Sheet music for piano solo performance is available for this piece.
(The recording includes a subtle synthesizer pad; however, it is not essential for live performance.)
The score is available at the nerve (雑音空間) SHOP on BOOTH.pm .

The piece is not overly difficult, and performers are warmly encouraged to play it.
For personal use, it may be performed freely.
I would be grateful if this piece might, in some small way, be of help to someone, somewhere.
