Composed in July 1999. This is another classical piece of commissioned work.
I created this piece in response to a request for a quiet chant or a cappella-like piece that was overall a bit sad and wistful. I added a choir to the combination of string ensemble and harp, a combination of soundss that would later become a standard of this site.
