Rainy Days

Composed June 29, 1997. This is a weird song that seems to emphasize the thorny side of the kalimba’s tone.

At the beginning of the rainy season in 1997, the weather was cool and not like summer. I created this song based on the depressing feeling I had when I went out without rain gear, got soaked by the rain that started sprinkling at night, and had to take shelter from the rain in a rural tunnel on my way home.
